Recall earlier this year when confidential sources indicated that the acclaimed Ann-Margret authorized a film about her life? That information was accurate, and it seems the celebrated actresses are negotiating this demanding undertaking.
During a recent interview on a television program, Andy Cohen questioned Lohan regarding the purported project, inquiring, “Are you participating in that? I understand she approved your casting.”
She responded immediately, with a smile, “We’re developing the narrative. It’s thrilling, yes!”
This is not a false alarm! It’s occurring, they’re collaborating on it, and it appears the production might become quite demanding due to the dancing Lohan may need to perform. “I know, it’s going to be quite challenging,” she told Cohen. “It must reflect her vision, so I truly aim for it to be exceptional in that regard.”
An anonymous source informed Us Weekly earlier this year that Lohan “believes she’s the sole individual capable of portraying the role” and that this biographical movie could “significantly advance her career.” Lohan herself echoed these sentiments in a separate interview. “I genuinely desire to portray Ann-Margret, and we’re striving to secure a screenwriter for this project,” she stated. “She’s exceptionally talented, and an extraordinary woman. Therefore, I earnestly aim to do her justice and contribute to crafting a compelling narrative about her life.”
This isn't Lohan's first portrayal of a famous actress. In 2012, she starred in the television film Liz & Dick. Since then, many admirers have eagerly awaited her next attempt at a biographical film.
